Smile Foundation supports community-based organizations in becoming sustainable and empowers young change-makers through training. These initiatives aim to develop future leaders capable of driving social change and contributing to nation-building.

Founded in honor of Swami Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Ramakrishna Mission has 282 branches worldwide, including 214 in India. The organization is dedicated to education, spreading Vedic knowledge, providing medical care, and conducting relief activities, especially for tribal communities.

Established in 1978, HelpAge India provides comprehensive elder care services, including old age homes, mobile clinics, physiotherapy, cancer treatment, palliative care, and cataract surgeries. The society is committed to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly in India.

Founded in 1985, Narayan Seva Sansthan operates a 1,100-bed hospital offering free treatment, including 440,000 surgeries to date. The organization also manages an orphanage and occupational training center. Recognized with the Padma Shri award in 2008, Narayan Seva Sansthan continues to serve those in need.
